Introduction
Our traditional resistor based pre-amps offer the ultimate in simple signal paths combined with the usability the TAP series of products was designed to offer. Do not be fooled by the 'digital' look of the TAP - the signal path is 100% passive and the design uses only extreme quality parts throughout.
The TAP is a modular passive pre-amp system for high end audio applications. Although most users only require 2 channels the TAP can be expanded to include any number of channels depending on the type and number of modules chosen.
TAP Two Channel Resistor Pre-amp
The TAP pre-amp is designed to have many new features but it is important to note that NONE of these features in any way complicates the signal path. The signal path is 100% passive and only the finest components are used throughout.

TAP internal Modules keep the signal path very short and clean. Each channel has only 2 OCC copper wires from the input board to the Attenuator module and two wires from the module to the output connectors. All internal modules are star grounded to a ground terminal located on the back panel.
