Introduction
The TAP is a modular passive pre-amp system for high end audio applications. Although most users only require 2 channels the TAP can be expanded to include any number of channels depending on the type and number of modules chosen.
TAP Two Channel TVC Pre-amp
The TAP pre-amp is designed to have many new features but it is important to note that NONE of these features in any way complicates the signal path. The signal path is 100% passive and only the finest components are used throughout.

- 34 Level Steps from mute to +6db
- Automatically Engages +6db mode as volume increases above unity gain
- Remote Control of Level, Ballance, Input Select, Phase, Mute, and Display
- Front Panel Control of Level, Input Select, Phase, Mute, Tape, and Display

- Phase Invert via remote or front panel (6 input version only)
- Any Input(s) can be programmed as HT Input via back panel button press
- Dual RCA Outputs

- Six input version = 4 RCA + 2 XLR Inputs
- One input version = 1 RCA OR 1 XLR Inputs (both installed)
- Custom Remote Control Handset
- Display Dark setting for HT or dark listenning
- Expansion Modules have trim up / trim down buttons for each channel

TAP internal Modules keep the signal path very short and clean. Each channel has only 2 wires from the input board to the tvc module and two wires from the tvc module to the output connectors. All internal modules are star grounded to a ground terminal located on the back panel.
